Glad You Came- Shock syndromes.

C G Em D
Chorus:
Shock’s a hypo, perfused state
With cellular hypoxia
Hypotension may not mean you’re in shock
There’s 6 types of shock/
C Em
There’s hypovolaemic and cardiogenic
And obstructive and anaphylactic phylactic
Then neurogenic and septic in which there’s hyper
Dynamic circulation in the early stages

Hypovolaemia
Can be from haemorrhage
Burns and ruptured triple A
Ectopic pregnancy
Fluid loss from GE
Or pancreatitis, then cardiogenic
From AMI or
dysrhythmia

For obstructive there’s tension pneumothorax
And cardiac tamponade and PE then septic
From UTI in IDC or immunosuppression
Now neurogenic from spinal cord injury
